If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the order date along with your original invoice. If you have any issues or complaints or your order simply hasn't arrived please contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS, for a replacement or refund to be issued.

We ask that the item(s) you send back to us are in the same condition we sent them out to you and in the original packaging.

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

We regret that we are unable to refund the postage costs for returns.

Standard Royal Mail delivery is 3 - 4 working days.

Frames estimated lead time is 7-10 working days. We try our very best to stick to this guideline however if we are very busy we do apologise if it slightly over the 10 working days, we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can.

International deliveries are posted via Royal Mail International Standard service (formerly known as Airmail). Delivery to Europe is usually within 7-10 working days and delivery to the rest of the world is usually within 10-14 working days. We post to most major worldwide countries.
